My class created three spec commercials for a semester long project. This involved experimenting with new technology, including ICVFX, motion capture, and motion control. I threw together this video presentation to demonstrate the variety of skills we practiced in this process.
This is the MPS shootout - an RIT motion picture science tradition. The shootout is a technical camera comparison, complete with a fully produced video analyzing the results. My group and I spent our junior year spring on this project, analyzing two high-end digital cinema cameras and creating a Western themed video, discussing our findings.
